I ended up on this site following advice from Mumsnet. Thank you ladies for commonsense. My HV was less than helpful when I called for advice after fighting with Stinkerbell for about a month at meal times. I tried her tonight on your BLW approach and what a difference. She was more than happy for me to use my fingers too to shovel in the bits of different foods I had prepared. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Wish I'd known about this 6 years ago when DS was being weaned.......
