Hiya, Thanks for this blog site, you've done a great job miss polly! I love hummus and we always have it in the house, but I've never given it to my son because of the salt in the ingredients. ok, I know I could make it but like you, I have never managed to make any that tastes as good as stuff I have bought. Anyway, I never claim to be a domestic goddess! Chunky monkey is 7.5 months now. What would you say about added salt?
