Was just looking up avocado as part of my pre-BLW research. oh I love avocado. I prefer it on it's own. Ugh, everyone puts salt on them? I think the only thing I've had on them is a little olive oil or chili sauce. I'll be interested to find out what my little pickle thinks of when we start properly. They're nice in salads, or sandwhiches too. Yeah you've got to catch them at the right ripe stage - too early (hard to touch) and they have no taste, too ripe and they go stringy.
