Our kids loved it too. One of the big hits. But it does necessitate a clothes change rightaway. I mixed in some maple syrup with the oil, for a sweeter touch. Peeling is not necessary - when roasted the skin is really soft. I do get a bit fussy about removing the seeds though, they might choke on them.
