Thanks all. This is all tangled up with her eczema as well. We're seeing the dietician tomorrow and I'll ask about some of the cow's milk alternatives in Morv's link. She's probably okay to have a bit of cow's milk but not as much as she needs each day (did we discover what that was??). Vanilla is right, happy Mummy = happy baby. At Christmas, I looked like death warmed up. I think I'm a bit healthier now that I've dropped the afternoon feed. This could be psychological. We're supposed to going to the theatre in April. I have to drop the night feed by then and sometimes this feeels like an insurmountable task. I have to be able to go out with my husband again.
