That's intersting that it is working for you. I have bought the book and read it but have yet to implement it...not sure why as I am desperate for sleep!! Out of interest - which ideas have you tried? I'm thinking of trying the 'gentle removal' one to try and limit night-time feeding. Good luck with it!!
