Daytime naps are the first thing we are working on so taking Mr T to bed at first sign of tiredness, also bedtime routine with a lovey and lullaby cd. Also gentle removal! We did the sleep log thing to start out with and I got really depressed as it made me realise how many times he was waking in the night (his cot is alongside our bed at the mo so I must have been bunging him on the breast while half asleep, it was only writing it down that made me realise just how many times I fed him a night!!
