Just want to say that this is a fantastic recipe. Tastes absolutely delicious. The only alteration I made was cooking them in a glass Pirex dish for five minutes and then adding some more of the tomato and herbs used in the making of the 'meat'balls to cover them and then cooking for 15 minutes more (I then turned down the heat to 100 degrees and left it in for a further 10 minutes to make it really sticky and yum). It's then great to serve on spaghetti!
