Re: Salt - how much do we care?

It's a case of "Now she's one, salt is fun". Minky didn't really have very much before her first birthday and even now it's only what you find in bread, cheese and ham. She drinks well, so I don't worry there. I did refrain from giving her a second crumpet for breakfast the other day as they each contained 0.9g of salt and would have taken her to the limit (so to speak). Actually, it's marginally interesting that Sainsbury's crumpets are 0.9g each whereas Tesco's are only 0.6g. See, I don't care about salt at all despite the fact I can quote amounts in any given food.
