Re: Salt - how much do we care?

I'm with you, I do occasionally add up the salt in a cheese and marmite toastie, which is our staple 'I can't be arsed' lunch, and get slightly worried, but I don't add salt and always have a cup of water within her reach. The most I do is limit her to 2 slices of bread a day or whatever salty equivalent she is eating (potaot scones, fishfingers etc) but life's too short to count everything!
