Re: Salt - how much do we care?
by carrie
I'm with you Aitch to be honest - I never worry about salt, as we never cook with it or add it to anything - occassionally some recipes do suggest seasoning and I add or not depending on how diligent i feel. However any food specifically for Xavier never contains it, so I figure the odd bit in bread and cheese wont really matter, so long as he is having a balanced diet...which he is thank god! But then once in a blue moon, I will have a panic and think is he having too much cheese/salt etc etc - but then i forget about it and think that common sense prevails...hope i'm right - see another paranoid moment!
