We are also reasonably relaxed about salt - again, I don't add it to anything but if it is in something readymade I don't worry too much as he loves his water. He swiped a crisp off his father the other day and was VERY keen to try another (to the extent of throwing a tantrum when he wasn't allowed one - I thought they didn't do that for another year! but I digress). I'm so relieved other people have "can't be arsed" lunches. We do cheese and tomato sauce toasties, which of course can be grandly referred to as "pizza".
