Hello, thanks for this. I went to Whole Foods, the giant and controversial new organic superstore in W London ( it IS very exciting and beautiful but very expensive and an absolute temple to consumerism) and picked up Marigold and Kallo. You're probably right about the taste, but I'm too stuck in my ways to cook without stock.
