Co-incidentally I actually got round to making this today! Yes - you are effectively adding houmous to houmous but it gives you a short cut rather than having to blend the chick peas and other ingredients. By using houmous to start with, it is a quick recipe to do. I added spinach as well and it did 16 Small-sized burgers. Sadly she refused to touch them this evening - which is REALLY annoying as houmous is her favourite food of all time. I can vouch for their tastiness though.....
