Aitch, I just have 2 words for you on this - Flipping Lush!!!!! Sam tucked in too but Zoë (fussy big sister) was less keen. John loved it too - would you believe it's the first time I've ever had lentils. I did it with steamed broccoli. Best thing is there's enough left that I can scoff for lunch with Sam tomorrow - hooray!!!!
