I've given E over the last couple of months (from about 9 months). If you buy stuff from the deli rather than already packaged, you can generally find 'proper' ham without dodgy ingredients, cooked on the bone rather than formed from who-knows-what. It is horrendously expensive though - usually works out about a pound a slice! She absolutely loves it though, it's one of her absolute favourites.
