I've got some more details of calcium content of various foods (from Optimum Nutrition for Babies and Children - as recommended by Franny for the banana cake recipe!) mg of calcium per 100g Cheddar cheese - 720 fromage frais - 86 Kale - 150 Watercress - 170 Spinach (boiled) - 160 Spring greens (raw) - 210 Sesame seeds - 670 Tahini - 240 Almonds - 170 Sardines (canned in oil) - 550 Pilchards (canned in tomato sauce) - 300 Calcium enriched soya milk - 140 Tofu - 150 HTH
