I am still running scared of Keenwah after my last go (and besides, I never liked her in America's Next Top Model - snooty). Grated carrot though - we are big fans in the Bunny household. A last minute addition to stir fries is also very efficacious - but literally last minute otherwise it is horrid. The use of microplane graters tends to add a judicious soupcon of my fingertips....
