Wow, I'd never looked at the Kellymom forums before. They're quite, er, intense. I'm not surprised you're a bit miffed by some of the usage of quotation marks... I can kind of see how BLW could seem hazardous from the outside, though. When we started, I think every single person who heard about it asked "Won't she choke?" I can see how until you've seen it in action, it could be hard to believe that a 6-month-old can eat for herself without choking (rather than gagging) and/or being malnourished.
