Hi That's really interesting. I glanced through the original stuff but my brain went numb. It's now permanently numb as I'm at work 3 days a week but your friend's article was really insightful. At first its amazing that we can do all these things naturally and know when the right time to eat or do something is. And then I turn around and think, well we've been around for thousands of years so of course we must be doing something right! Its just the new civilised world has lost touch with nature.
