I'm sooo glad I'm not the only one who doesn't remove one course before the next! I say that it helps her to appreciate all foods without thinking that desert is a treat that she has to get through the main first for. Besides, it's only because of how we are brought up that we decide to not mix meals, she doesn't know that it should be "yuck" it's all food and she enjoys it!
