i chucked it in some minestrone-ish soup and that was nice. i think it's really just a substitute for any grain, pretty much. some peole like boiling it in a bit of stock or stock cube, by the way, did i mention that already? i didn't bother, but it would be nice if you were doiing the roast veg kind of idea i think.
