Quinoa is a plant-based complex protein. It's what 'Plum' baby foods put in all their pots. Pinkle loves their pots, so I bought some. She wasn't keen on the grains, sadly. But then she's not keen on couscous either, and its appearance, texture and cooking method is very similar to that. Undeterred, I found some quinoa flakes. In desperation the other day I threw some in with some mushy fruit (she hadn't eaten any protein I'd thrown at her that day). She ate some of it, but I don't think she was that keen. Unfortunately its BBE is tomorrow so I don't know what to do with the rest of it!
