I really like the format of the following site: http://moxie.blogs.com/askmoxie/ In brief, readers email Moxie (the site owner) with questions, Moxie posts her reply, and then opens the floor up to further replies and comments from other readers. Each post is tagged with relevant tags, and is filed for easy searching under relevant headings ("sleep", "weaning", "potty", etc). It is super easy to navigate -- I read it daily, but I also go back to research new issues as they arise, and have never had any problems finding the relevant posts.
